We’re excited to get your order to you! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process, so you can sit back, relax, and look forward to receiving your awesome products.

Shipping Rates and Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Enjoy our standard shipping option for maximum savings. The shipping rate to your address is provided to you during checkout. Your order should arrive within the time frame provided during checkout, after 1-2 business days of processing time, and is dependent upon your location.

  • Express Shipping: Need your goodies in a hurry? Choose our express shipping option and get your order delivered quickly! Multiple express shipping speed and rates may be available to you based on your ship-to address. Please note that these shipping speeds do not include a 1-2 day order processing time.

  • Order Processing: Once we receive your orders, they must be transferred to our shipper, picked from the warehouse, packaged, and sent to the carrier for shipping. This process takes 1-2 days and is in addition to the time the carrier takes to ship ship your product to your address. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping when you order two of our products! Just another way we’re saying thank you for being a valued customer!

Order Processing:

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your orders, they must be transferred to our shipper, picked from the warehouse, packaged, and sent to the carrier for shipping. This process takes 1-2 days and is in addition to the time the carrier takes to ship ship your product to your address. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

International Shipping:

  • Availability: We can ship internationally, but we don’t offer this service through our website due to variation in international regulations. If you’d like to your product shipped internationally, please contact us at help@mindcandied.com with the country you’d like us to ship to. We’ll look into the country’s regulations and let you know if we can make the shipment happen.

Shipping FAQs:

  • Where do you ship from? We ship all orders from our warehouse located in Colorado.

  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but please contact us as soon as possible at help@mindcandied.com. If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll update the address for you.

  • What if my order is lost or damaged in transit? We’ve got your back! If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at help@mindcandied.com, and we’ll take care of it.

  • Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses? Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses to due regulations.
